As a former teacher, I'm passionate about early literacy techniques for my children! When I heard about The Little Stamp Company, I was immediately intrigued by their ideas. From the creator...The Little Stamp Co. was originally developed when my daughter was 3 years old. She was keen to learn how to spell and print her name. I was continually 'printing’ her name, Mackenzie, in dots so she could trace the letters. It repeatedly took a long time to “dot” Mackenzie’s name so I thought – why not create a fun stamp? I searched and searched for a suitable stamp and eventually the concept of our 'Signature' stamp was born. Now, Mackenzie's younger brother, Kian, is proudly learning to print with his own 'Signature' stamp too
When I taught, it was Kindergarten and first grade. In the first few months, I owned a program that used this very style of type to print out the kids names for daily practice. Now that there is the stamp, parents and educators alike can start the process of early literacy at a younger age. The stamp comes in your choice of all capital letters, capital and lower case, and a variety of colors. Also, check out The Little Stamp Company's Funky Font stamps , address stamps, & bookplates that are great for older children, teachers, or just for fun.
Our Take: My daughter has been using the stamp for a few weeks and really working on her fine motor skills. Independently, she's been writing the letter "K" on her own. She is completely thrilled with herself and she really enjoys stamping her own paper too. She is starting to recognize all the other letters in her name and finding her nametag out of the pile of them at her preschool. I see so much self-confidence from this learning tool that my daughter refers to as her "homework", it amazes me! I HIGHLY recommend this learning stamp to anyone who works with or has a preschooler at home.

So fun! I would get this for my son for sure. I like the replacement image idea. So you don't just throw the stamp away when your kid outgrows it!

I'd love to win this for my two daughters Samantha and Gracie (there is a Kayla and a Ben too). Sam and Gracie have Neurofibromatosis Type 1 and their fine motor skills are terrible. They receive ot therapy in and out of school, but the writing is just not coming (They're 10 & 6). We're almost ready to move on to typing and forgetting about focusing on writing so much, but I'd love to give anything new a chance. I also loved the Bookplates Stamps. We love books! Thanks for the giveaway!
